Our seller has identified the FR10 in the new clip, but the fingers are hard to see and the housing disappears out of frame before placement; I agreed to a sample-handling demonstration before shipment, not just a recognisable arm moving something past the camera

Acknowledge the unit identity, then ask for the missing finger and full housing-transfer views.

Done; they have asked the workshop for another recording, but have not confirmed the intended finger set is fitted or booked the demonstration

Then ask for the fitted finger identity before treating that recording request as progress on the right setup.
