The seller says our UR5e and controller connection cable shipped, but the carrier still shows label created. I need a collection record linked to the package, not another copy of that screenshot.

Ask for the crate mark, actual collecting business and handover record, then have the carrier or freight agent match those to its physical receipt. Our booking once existed well before the goods reached the agent. A new reference can help, but it still needs a custody answer behind it.
20分Seller supplied a crate mark and agent name. Agent recognises the booking but has not confirmed receipt. The cable remains on the packing list; no collected-package confirmation yet.

Who is now responsible for tracing it between the seller and that agent, Hana? Keep receiving and installation on the unconfirmed status while those two reconcile the handover.
