Which shipment is supposed to contain our spare UR5e tool cable?

Our UR5e has its working tool cable, but the extra one ordered for cover is still in a shipment nobody can identify after 28 days; I mean the spare, not a missing cable needed to assemble the main package.

Ask whether the spare is actually in stock and allocated to you. Next shipment can hide that fairly basic question.

They now say it isn't in stock, so I've asked for the cable reference and a separate supply proposal instead of another imaginary parcel.

Worth asking about a credit as an alternative, with a properly matched replacement price in hand. No point accepting money that leaves you unable to buy the cable.
