Our Universal Robots UR5e arrived from an unnamed seller in China in a crate with a crushed corner and shifted internal supports.
I can see damage near the pendant enclosure.
We bought it for loading lightweight fixtures; I haven't powered it.
I've photographed the delivery and kept the packaging, but the seller's reply just says to switch it on.
@ChloeBaker0483 Do your photos show the crate label, shifted supports, and the wider area around the damage? Those would help someone assess what they're looking at.
