Our plan for planning alternating carton layers on a pallet with Fairino FR10 in a carton palletising project has a very neat alternating layer drawing. But a corrugated case of components has a preferred support direction, and some rotated cartons sit over gaps. I want packaging support and tool access reviewed together before I accept the pattern.
Where should I start?
Is alternating the layers actually right for our cartons?

Start by showing the carton edges that carry load and the pallet deck support on the layer drawings. Is the complete gripper outline available to overlay as well?
7分We've only got top-view rectangles and a tool centre mark. The carton note specifies support direction, but the layer drawing doesn't show it
6分Give packaging and the integrator a drawing combining those details. A repeated unrotated layer is worth assessing alongside the alternating one because it may better suit the specified support direction.
