I cannot choose bracket fixture changes from these old checks

I have clamped alignment notes and failed released dimensions for our FR10 plan. No explanation of the correction. What would make these records useful to the fixture designer?

Our old sheet hid a different drawing revision. Have you checked which drawing each inspection used?
