Our installed FR5 housing-tool adapter is present and identified. Its promised spare is not. The seller sent a photo of a bag of fasteners as an answer to the missing-kit request.
I cannot tell maintenance that we have replacement cover from that photo. Or even that an adapter is packed. What would make the next request harder to dodge?
Keep the two supply states separate in the maintenance handover, and ask whether splitting the shipment leaves you paying additional carriage before agreeing to it.
Have the installer check that reference against the identified fitted assembly before an alternative is ordered; the original missing-item obligation should remain open during that comparison.
