I sat in our FR5 bracket-fixture review while two people said the old job made straight brackets. One meant against the jig stops. The other meant after a separate correction and bench check.
Same word, rather different amount of work. I want to put the old evidence into a form our estimator and future trainer can actually use. What would you ask each person to bring back?

Do you have readings from before the correction?
22分Only a few failure notes. We do have final readings and the old drawing. The person who did the correction can still explain the sequence.

Ask them where the failed check happened, and what feature failed.

Include the correction bench in the process sketch. Otherwise training and costing may skip it again.

21分Upright angle after release. They used a separate checking block before the correction. That block wasn't listed with the welding fixture, which explains why the fixture folder looked complete.

20分Found it in inspection stores. Quality is checking its drawing and condition. I've added the checking and correction stages to the proposed process review, with their time still unpriced.

Worth finding. A robot cycle time alone was never going to cover that route.
