Our sleeve transfer has acquired four pickup offsets. The last one fixed the front row and worsened the back. What should I inspect before somebody teaches a fifth opinion?

Has anyone checked whether the tray sits level on its supports? Front improving while back worsens makes me want to look at the whole tray before individual pockets.
13分Rear support is loose. Found during the isolated inspection. Tray can tip under load. Tool faces still need checking.
4分There you go. Was the support loose on its mounting, or has the contact itself worn?
18分Mounting loose. Contact face is within the tooling requirement. Maintenance is repairing the mounting; integrator will review the offsets after that.

9分Both rows passed the agreed loaded-tray trial. Tool check passed too. Verified pickup restored after reviewing the offsets. Thanks for the tray-level suggestion.
