I need to reconcile a retained completion, not clear it blindly. Our UR5e coupon monitor counts it again after reconnect although the PLC indication was already high. What should identify its original job?
Compare the retained job or attempt identity with the processed history that survives restart, rather than treating the initial high indication as a new completion event.
The producer retains a unique attempt reference with the coupon result. Our detail record already has it once; a separate total increments on reconnect. So I can identify this result, but the displayed count ignores that identity.
Then test a total derived from the durable identified records against repeated reconnects and reopening, keeping technical completion separate from any reviewed acceptance decision; one saved result should not become new work because the display connected again.
