Our aluminium spacer stops during FR5 fixture unloading, but my phone clip mostly shows the tray; the Alibaba seller has had our ticket for 52 days and I want to send something their technician can actually use.

Can you tell which unloading step it reaches? I wouldn't guess from the tray alone.
13分Not from this clip. Thanks Yasmin, that explains why my description of a tray fault was too definite; I'll include the installed revisions now and ask which occurrence details their technician needs.

I'd keep your original clip too. It may still help with timing, just not the missing step.
