training included, unless we want changeovers taught

Our FR5 insert-loading quote includes training, but the detail only covers starting one saved job; how do I compare it with a proposal that teaches setup and recovery too?

Ask both suppliers to price the same operator tasks and handover material, then show any internal training hours separately; the word included will not make the shorter course cover your missing work.

We've listed the three insert variants, tooling changes, normal replenishment and recovery cases; first supplier says several need extra training time, which was absent from the attractive headline.

Include who attends and who trains the people not on that first session, because a course can be complete for its attendees and still leave the other shift dependent on one person.

Both quotes now price the agreed supplier session and documents; our trainer's second-shift work is a separate estimate. Presentation fixtures remain the big unknown, so we still cannot rank complete costs.

Have you asked both to price the same incoming presentation, Caleb, or does one still assume the inserts have already been arranged by hand?
