Is the lesson supposed to teach inspection or how to correct the bracket? Those need different information, and I cannot tell which you have been asked to write.

our bracket lesson skips the first released check

Do not teach the correction from that chain of words. Get welding and quality to identify the failed feature first. A final pass tells the trainee nothing about how the intervention was chosen.
5分And nobody should cost every bracket as needing it.
13分Was there an actual released reading, Gabriel, or only a red mark on the traveller? I'd start with what someone saw, even if the correction details are lost
-8分My current bracket query got stuck on a changed inspection support. Same part can tell two stories if the checking setup changes. Ask which support goes with that red mark.
19分Can the existing lesson show the required released check without claiming this old example demonstrates it?
8分Nathan, it is an inspection lesson, not a straightening lesson; Alex, there is a released angle reading, with its bracket number, but the support is not named.
15分Then why keep the old example at all, unless somebody can fill that gap without guessing? Seems a lot of explaining around one photograph.
21分Because the gap itself can be useful in teaching. I have a timed correction with no first released reading. We are keeping that example as incomplete, not giving it a better history.
20分Keep it in the discussion, not on the price sheet, unless you can say what work was actually done
22分Sam's version sounds usable to me, provided the current check is agreed with quality; people should leave the lesson knowing whom to ask about a failed bracket, not thinking they are expected to improvise a correction
19分Darcy, yes. That's the distinction I needed, thanks.
0分Quality found the support on the inspector's bench sheet, and it matches the current method; the released angle failed, but nobody can identify the later correction beyond the technician's initials.
21分That's enough to retain a real failure in the lesson. Still no basis for drawing a correction tool into the fixture proposal, though
13分Has anyone checked the fixture itself against its drawing? The welding team needs to distinguish an assembly problem from a process question before changing the concept.
22分Tooling's current check found the removable gusset locator fitted against the wrong face of its mounting block; welding and tooling are checking the corrected assembly before the next observed brackets.
7分Would a replacement locator let someone make the same mistake? Worth asking while the block is actually on the bench.
19分Also don't assign that error to the old bracket unless someone knows it was present then. Current assembly finding, old correction still unexplained.
22分Isaac, the old cause stays unknown; Maya, tooling has accepted the mounting question, and I have added the current assembly check to the lesson's handover list.
22分Any released results from the corrected assembly?
