Our FR10 arm arrived without the separately listed pendant crate. Can the signed pallet receipt establish which crates were unloaded?
Only if it identifies those crates clearly enough. Ask the freight handler to trace the missing pendant-crate identifier through consolidation and unloading, using the packing list, handling records and any photographs rather than the delivery status alone. Your receiver may have signed for an outer pallet without counting its contents. Find out what was actually checked, and keep the installation planner informed that the pendant package is missing while that trace runs. A general delivered entry does not give them a date on which to book the setup.
