Before. The setter took it when we stopped to look. No adjustment captured in that photo

Then preserve that sequence with the photo; the missing contact view is still missing.

I had nominally matching trays where the replacement's underside met the locator differently. That isn't a diagnosis of yours. I'd have the toolmaker compare the actual locating features and the tray specification before anyone adds another offset.

Anika, did yours differ by revision or just between individual trays?

Different underside detail within what we'd been treating as one tray type. That's why I wouldn't assume Mina's replacement belongs to the same geometric setup just from its label. Yours could still turn out to be a seating mistake, Mina.

I'll keep both possibilities open, Anika, and ask for the comparison; I'm not going to rewrite the first runs as failures just because the replacement exposed something else

Would it help to split the report by identified tray rather than write one improved pickup result? I mean keep the apparently better runs visible, with their limited coverage, instead of averaging away the awkward one.

Thanks Nadia, that's what I was struggling to say. I've separated the trays and attached the pre-adjustment photo; next assessment is with the setter and toolmaker, not another hopeful tweak from me

Include how a replacement tray will be checked at handover, once the assessment establishes that.
