I've sunk a lot of effort into getting Fairino FR10 doing packing tray filling with a soft packaged refill in a supervised packaging test cell, starting with 37. The motion works, but the products keep changing and each new bag shape needs more presentation work.
I'm attached to this setup and increasingly unsure the complete process is worth maintaining.

@EmmaChan1072 Do your observations compare manual packing against the assisted process including presentation adjustments and operator involvement? Those activities matter to the continuation decision as much as the transfer itself.
