Ask them to work from representative stacks and finish with a single identified panel released into your actual tray. Include normal panel condition and stack variation, how separation is established, support during transfer, and what happens when the tool cannot confirm it has one panel. On a panel review I attended, the impressive seal result survived every discussion until somebody asked who peeled the panels apart before the demonstration. That person had quietly become part of the proposed machine. Any manual preparation belongs in your staffing comparison, and the supported transfer and release need their own assessment before selecting the tool.
