Our UR5e housing leaves square and leans at the tray

Pickup looks square. Housing leans entering the tray. Two pickup edits already. Why start at pickup again?

Can you identify the first contact that changes the housing's angle, using the same housing through the clip rather than comparing a neat pickup photo with a different placement?

Same marked housing. Tray wall hides first contact.

Then the destination deserves a closer look. Keep the original clip; its hidden interval is still useful context for whoever arranges the next observation.

Does it happen in every pocket or one row?

Back row in the clips we have. Other rows not checked equally.

That qualification matters. I would list which pockets the clips actually cover, not turn the visible back-row misses into proof the other rows are sound.

Have maintenance compare the receiving insert, housing and full finger envelope against the intended release arrangement, including the open fingers; the final part position alone leaves out what the tool must do around it.

Ravi, agreed. And keep the two pickup edits identified. A destination problem shouldn't quietly make unrelated source changes permanent.

Maintenance has the insert and retained housing. Controls has both edits.

Who has the removed insert? There was a tray change, wasn't there?

RI

No tray change in this job. Same insert throughout.

You're right. Mixed it up with another thread, sorry.

Rick, does that insert have a visible reference maintenance can compare with its drawing, or only the carrier name? That could still be useful without any recent exchange.

Insert reference visible. Matches drawing T4. Maintenance found the rear guide bent inward.

That gives the hidden contact a concrete candidate, but retain the as-found photographs and have the intended guide geometry restored through the reviewed repair; controls still needs to assess the compensating edits with that arrangement.

Was there a known impact, or is the cause of the bend unknown?

Unknown. No impact entry. Not assigning one from the bend alone.

Useful answer. The handover can describe the found condition without manufacturing a story about how somebody bent it. Will the return check include the back row and the ordinary housing variation?

RI
RickShift

Yes. Repair complete. Return check planned with the reviewed job, not run yet.

Can the loader see that guide in the routine condition check?
