Cannot use my prepared FR5 trial as a setup-time estimate

I enjoyed the supervised sleeve-handling trial and wrote that the FR5 was quick to set up. That wording is inaccurate. The demonstrator had installed the tooling and tested the tray positions before I arrived. I changed a quantity, followed the instructions and watched the prepared job run. I want to retain the useful first impression while making clear which work I did not attempt, especially for readers planning operator training.

I read a review like that while pricing our first trial and nearly treated an afternoon visit as an installation estimate. Name what was prepared before you arrived. That is more useful than just changing quick to fairly quick.

I have listed the fitted fingers, located trays and tested program. The demonstrator also selected the initial sleeve samples. I did not see how long those tasks took.

Did you handle an empty pocket yourself?

No. The demonstrator paused the exercise and explained the recovery. I watched, then continued under his guidance. That limitation belongs in the review as well.

Yes, put that in. I don't need a beginner to have done everything, but I do need to know when the expert took over.

Keep your reaction to the normal interface separate from an estimate of future support. A clear screen can be worth describing. It does not tell the buyer how much help a different sleeve or interrupted batch will need.

What part of the instructions helped you most?

The tray image showed the selected row beside the current step. That let me follow the exercise without memorising his earlier explanation. I have added that specific observation.

Sam's question got the useful bit out. I'd rather read that than another list of adjectives about intuitive controls, because I can picture what helped you.

Did you see that display during recovery as well? I would avoid implying it resolved the uncertain pocket if the demonstrator supplied that judgement.

Mia, I only relied on it during the normal sequence. During recovery I followed the demonstrator. The revised text states that distinction and makes no setup-time estimate.

Clearer now. And you can still say you liked it.
