What does each offer explicitly include between delivery and your operator running the agreed job? Put installation, tooling, interfaces, safeguarding assessment, commissioning, training and support beside named owners, with unknown prices visible rather than treated as zero.

One offer stops at delivery. Other includes commissioning but excludes the presentation fixture. Asked both to price the same scope.

Have they returned comparable scopes yet, Zara? Include the actual person doing replenishment and changeover in the handover, since those tasks can survive even when the installation price is complete.
