I joined with a plan for a whole tabletop sorting setup. Now I'm trying to describe one object, one destination and what a failed attempt would look like. Smaller project. Probably a better one.
Do people keep the failed-attempt notes in the same notebook as the build, or separate them? Looking for something I'll actually keep up with, not another app to configure.
Same notebook would be my starting point. Date the attempt, say what you expected and what you actually saw, then link the relevant build change. Less chance of the explanation living in a second place you stop updating.
