Our UR5e report counts repeated coupon attempts after restart. How do I count accepted items without deleting retries?

Keep each attempt under its item and batch identity, then derive the accepted-item count from the reviewed disposition. I wouldn't let 'latest attempt passed' quietly replace whatever approval your quality process requires.
