Twenty-one days asking for our identified FR5 package loading the agreed samples; another general-motion clip arrived instead.

Has the seller answered which package the clip shows? Ask for the ordered gripper identity and the complete sample pickup, placement and release in one recording, with any preparation visible. A close-up of an idle tool alone would still leave the handling check outstanding.
