We received the FR10 arm crate but not the separately marked pendant-package crate, while the consolidated-freight page calls the consignment delivered; after 23 days I still cannot tell whether our receipt counts crates or the pallet they travelled on, and the installer has no pendant package to check.
Ask the agent to trace that crate mark through the last physical receipt, not the consignment total.
