The integrator should assemble that comparison, with tooling supplying the actual proposed gripper. I'd return the incomplete sketch with your door view attached. Otherwise you can spend weeks giving thoughtful feedback on an arm carrying an imaginary pencil.

The FR5 steel-blank sketch has lost the door again

Integrator has accepted that job. Tooling still owes the open-finger outline, so neither proposed position is ready to compare.
1分Include the door handle. Our latest full model found the clash there, not against the big flat door everyone had been staring at.
9分And where does the blank go after machining? I've seen a convincing entrance view hide a horrible loaded exit. Not sure which half of the job your sketch covers.
7分It's loading and unloading, Owen. The receiver sits beside the stand; I have added the loaded exit, release and empty return to the integrator's list.
5分Ask the setter to mark fixture-change space on that same view; a convenient receiver position can occupy exactly where the fixture has to come out.
8分Mina's handle point is a useful cheap check while they're assembling the rest. You don't need a beautifully rendered whole cycle to reject a tool that occupies the handle.
5分True, but Liam needs the rejected geometry retained. Otherwise a later revision can quietly put the stand back where it started.
20分Complete tool now clashes with the handle from the front position. Side position clears that route but puts the receiver in the setter's fixture-change space. Both are marked rejected as drawn.
15分Could the receiver move without changing the stand, or is it fixed to something you haven't mentioned?
9分If it can move, include who exchanges its trays; clearing the setter by borrowing another person's working space just moves the argument.
9分Receiver is freestanding. Integrator proposes moving it farther along the bench, with the packer and setter checking their access. No other equipment needs relocating.
-2分Sounds worth finishing that comparison. Is the new loaded route still using the same fingers and adapter, or did the moved receiver prompt another tool change?
10分Same assembly. The revised route fits in the combined model, and the setter accepts fixture exchange access. Packer wants the empty-tray storage included before agreeing the receiver location.
13分That's a real job appearing round the arm now. What happened to the empty trays?
1分Owen, that's still the packer's unanswered point, unless Liam has an update. Don't let a clear transfer view answer it on their behalf.
17分We added a tray rack within the existing bench length. Packer and setter completed the layout walkthrough, and the integration review accepted the full handling proposal. Side position chosen for the order.
14分Did the rack make it into the quoted scope too? Small enough to be forgotten, apparently important enough to decide the layout.
