I cannot keep calling these FR10 housing offsets a maintenance fix

Our small polymer housing is sitting less squarely in the FR10 grip at the tray-loading station. We keep changing pickup points because the tray looks unchanged. I want identified parts and a physical inspection before we turn another impression of improvement into the accepted setup.

Retain the program versions, then have maintenance inspect locating and gripping contacts under proper isolation.

The current version is saved. I'll gather the previous edits as well; they are split between two people at the moment.

Can an external observation show whether the housing is skewed before the fingers touch?

The identified comparison shows one tray presenting the housing at an angle before closure. Maintenance found damage at a locating feature on that tray. The others haven't shown that presentation in the observations so far, but I am not calling them proven good from appearance alone.

The damaged tray is removed from use and its replacement has been checked for seating. Maintenance and the programmer are reviewing the accumulated offsets against the restored arrangement. We haven't signed off return to normal work.

Keep the awkward housing in that check, as well as the tray identity and selected program revision.
