I handed over our UR5e block-transfer job and got called back for an empty tray pocket, then again after an interrupted run. Both times the operator asked something my instructions never answered. Can't really blame their attitude when I've documented the one version where everything goes right.

Sit with an operator and work through those two cases on paper first: what they can actually observe, which recovery decisions the approved process allows, and when they need help. Then verify those instructions in a planned trial. You've already found the holes; watching someone else read the fixes will show whether they're usable.
