Include what she stops doing to prepare it. Carrier work can be quick by itself and still interrupt another job badly. Let her explain where the empty and full trays actually sit.

Have both suppliers agreed to the same receiving arrangement?

They have. Dedicated-tray supplier's first complete drawing clashes with our fixture on withdrawal, so its tooling revision remains open. Existing-tray candidate is ready for the agreed representative comparison.

Keep that tooling work in its price, not in your operator's preparation allowance.

Representative comparison passed for the existing-tray route, including the agreed interruption response. Dedicated route still has no completed withdrawal revision; its observed preparation also removed most of the expected benefit.
