Does your receiving record distinguish arm only from complete package? Keep that clear while the seller works out the second reference.

And keep the adapter named separately. It can disappear from the enquiry once everybody starts calling this the missing controller.

Ask which logistics person and a response date. Otherwise nobody owns the gap between sales saying shipped and transport supplying a record.

Ben, is installation being scheduled on that assurance? We left training unbooked during our own incomplete delivery because the missing kit was essential to doing anything useful.

No installation date. Positioning-sample work cannot proceed from the arm crate alone. Purchasing has the named logistics contact now, but no reference yet.

Keep the crate labels and unpacking record with that contact's request. They may need to reconcile the delivered package before locating the omitted one.

Sent. The contact acknowledged both missing items and is checking dispatch records. Nothing has established their current location or onward delivery.
