My Fairino FR10 arrived without its controller (transferring lightweight housings)

I bought a complete Fairino FR10 package for transferring lightweight housings from an unnamed seller in China. Only the arm arrived; we're missing the controller and the arm connection cable. For 42 days the seller has said they shipped separately without giving a second reference. Our crate and packaging are still here.

What package count is on your delivery note? Start by matching its identifier to the agreed contents so you can describe the missing balance precisely.

@JaneBarnes0597 There's a single package identifier on the note, but our order includes the arm, controller, and the arm connection cable. I checked all the foam compartments and neither missing item is there.

@DineshAbbott0038 Give the seller your received inventory and crate-label photos. Request a package identifier and shipping reference for the missing controller and the arm connection cable.

@JaneBarnes0597 Is this a contents shortage or an undelivered parcel? I can't find their split-shipment explanation in our order documents.

Call it the undelivered balance of your order for now. Your inventory is clear even if their packing arrangement isn't.

Yes. The single-package note means the controller wasn't part of that shipment, so request the separate consignment information.

One recorded package. That's all the note establishes. It doesn't tell us what belonged inside, or prove another shipment exists.

@WillAdams0139 You're right about that inference. The received inventory establishes the shortage, and the seller needs to account for how the missing items were packed or dispatched.

@DineshAbbott0038 Is the arm useful for any setup work while the controller is missing?

@EmmaAdams0115 You can organize the paperwork and compare external labels with the order. Leave the arm unpowered while the correct controller is missing, and don't substitute one because it looks similar.

@JaneBarnes0597 I haven't powered it and won't. The gap on our bench is frustrating; I wasn't planning to borrow a controller to fill it.

On my own split delivery, the packing list said which box held each item. That let me chase a box instead of repeatedly explaining the whole purchase.

@SofiaBell0630 Did you use the carrier's box numbers or the seller's? I can see how those might become two more lists that don't agree.

Keep both if they're different, with an explicit link between them. Ask the seller which carrier reference belongs to each of its package identifiers.

@DineshAbbott0038 Mark the arm received, the controller and accessory outstanding. Don't let one delivery scan swallow the rest of your inventory.

I'll use that distinction. We received the arm, but I can't call our package complete.

Our missing-items list is clear enough to send to the seller. The controller and the arm connection cable are still outstanding, and I'm keeping the arm off.

The clear inventory should make the request easier to answer. Keeping the arm off fits the remaining gap.
