Which support evidence should precede our UR5e carton-pattern decision?

Rotated shipping cartons bridge gaps in our alternating pattern. Preferred support direction noted, actual bearing requirement missing. I want packaging and complete tool access judged together before accepting the layout.

Get the bearing requirement for the actual filled carton and mark it over the lower layer and pallet. Include permitted short loads before treating the support review as complete.

Packaging requires bearing under both long bottom edges for this contents arrangement. The rotated row leaves one edge over a gap; engineer has marked that failure on the shared drawing.

A straight-row candidate worth comparing, if the complete hand can release and leave it.

Elliot, yes, with the actual placement sequence. A hand can fit beside the first carton and lose its exit as later cartons arrive. Keep normal pallet removal and the short-order endpoints with that review too.

Does dispatch require a particular label-facing arrangement which would rule out that straight-row option?

Labels on both long faces meet dispatch's requirement in the proposed straight rows. Engineer is comparing support and full-tool movement through that sequence, with its allowed short loads defined.

How did the combined check turn out, Sofia? Curious whether the lower support survived without extra packaging.

The straight layout needs no added sheet. Packaging and tooling accepted the defined support and complete movement; representative filled-load checks covered full and allowed short loads, with normal pallet handling included.

Does the accepted arrangement change the number of pallet exchanges for your actual orders? I mean the surrounding work, not whether the support result is sound.

Yes, fewer cartons per pallet. Dispatch priced those exchanges against our order mix and accepted the workload. Joint layout review is closed on that straight-pattern revision; this isn't installation acceptance.

Have the implementation documents kept that same revision and the short-load limits? Would be a pity for the attractive alternating picture to survive in the handover after being rejected here.

I'd like to hear how the short orders go once installed. The defined layout answer is useful already.
