The seller says our FR5 and matching controller cable went to the agent, while the agent says warehouse receipt is pending under a different reference; after fifty-three days of asking, I still cannot name a place where someone confirms the marked crate is actually present.
Ask whoever signed the seller's handover to link your crate mark to the receiving warehouse entry, with the agent copied. If there is no signed handover, ask the seller to say that plainly. A reference to an expected receipt is not a location you can plan around.
