I've got a bracket folder for our FR5 welding proposal with lots of reassuring clamped checks. Final pass sheet is after somebody straightened the parts. Nothing in between.
I need to know what the old job actually required before our new layout quietly loses the person doing that extra work. Where would you start looking for the missing part of the story?
Inspector confirms the pass readings came after straightening. Former operator remembers doing it but cannot link particular brackets to the clamped sheet. We're asking welding to plan a current-part comparison. Old folder isn't enough to price the correction out of the job.
