Does the packing list assign those missing items to a second crate? If so, ask for its mark and the collector's actual receipt for it.
13分Yes, second crate listed. Seller sent a collection receipt, but its mark is the arm crate we've already received

20分Did your agreement name who arranges that other leg? Not saying you should chase every subcontractor yourself. I would want the seller's shipping contact to explain who can actually authorise a search and report back.
