Our UR5e pallet proposal rotates component cartons across gaps in the layer below. Top view looks fine. Underneath, the supported ends of some cartons have very little under them.
Tooling wants those gaps for withdrawal. Packaging wants them closed. I want both people at one sample stack before this gets approved by forwarding emails.
Use filled production cartons and the actual tool envelope in that review. Compare the intended support surfaces with contact below, then check withdrawal for each proposed arrangement. The top view hides both questions.
