The pallet looks tidy until you check the underside

Our UR5e pallet proposal rotates component cartons across gaps in the layer below. Top view looks fine. Underneath, the supported ends of some cartons have very little under them. Tooling wants those gaps for withdrawal. Packaging wants them closed. I want both people at one sample stack before this gets approved by forwarding emails.

Use filled production cartons and the actual tool envelope in that review. Compare the intended support surfaces with contact below, then check withdrawal for each proposed arrangement. The top view hides both questions.

Joint review done. The corner cartons were worse than the central ones once we used filled cases. Packaging rejected that layer, and tooling is checking a different arrangement. No approved pattern yet, but at least everyone saw the same problem.
