Our delivery labels agree with the UR5e package ordered for loading empty fixtures, but the supplied guide shows connections that do not match the controller panel. Thirty-four days asking the seller in China for clarification. I have left it unpowered; matching outside labels are not a reason to improvise the installation.
Send the panel identification and clear external views beside the specific guide pages that disagree. Ask them to identify the applicable document for the delivered configuration, not just send the same general manual again.
Our electrical installer has the comparison. The seller sent another file, but its panel image is identical to the first one and it does not answer the marked differences.
Then tell them which differences remain unanswered, rather than merely saying wrong manual again; they need to identify what configuration that image represents and why they think it applies to your delivery. No connector guessing from a similar photograph.
Different filename, same revision. I have sent both together and asked their technical contact to answer the panel configuration, with the installer copied.
Yes. Their technical contact now says the guide is for another panel arrangement, and the package wiring sheet was omitted. They have promised the applicable pair; neither has arrived yet.
That explains the mismatch, but does not establish the delivered wiring is correct. Have the installer check the eventual documents against the identified package rather than treating the seller's explanation as the inspection result.
Agreed. Thanks, Nora; separating the package sheet from the controller guide got us beyond another renamed attachment. Both documents and the installer review remain outstanding.
