That happened here. Tooling used the old lower layer when widening its withdrawal gap. Packaging's current section assumes a neighbour which is no longer there at that placement step.

Use the actual placement sequence in the joint review. Our filled carton made the bearing conflict obvious, but the final layer alone still hid when the supporting neighbour arrived.

Integrator has withdrawn the mixed drawing. The corrected sequence rejects the turned position for both the ordinary full order and the defined short ending. Straight rows remain a candidate.

Price the straight candidate as a complete dispatch job, including the extra pallet exchanges. Don't carry the turned pattern's higher count over simply because the same carton is being handled.

Who takes over a partial pallet after another order interrupts it?

Packing lead has assigned that to the covering packer and is reviewing identification and restart of the partial order with tooling. The trial scope includes the changed pallet total, but the partial-return arrangement is not agreed yet.

Did the covering packer try identifying a returned partial pallet, Gabriel? I would like to hear whether the proposed labels still make sense away from the designer's nice complete example.
