What should our UR5e panel trial show beyond a vacuum seal?

The supplier sent us a bench report showing the proposed vacuum tool holding one coated steel panel. That is useful, but our panels will arrive as a stack, with a paper separator between some deliveries and none between others. I do not think the report covers either version of the real pickup. I'm also unsure how well the far corners are supported during transfer into the nest. What would you ask them to demonstrate for separation, single-panel confirmation and support? I'd like one clear trial request before we get another photograph of the same single panel.

We had a sheet pickup that looked convincing with the sample laid out by hand, then the stacked trial lifted two. The vacuum indication still looked perfectly happy. Ask for trials from your actual stack conditions, including the separator variation, and for an explained way to detect no panel, one panel and an unwanted second panel. Also have them show the corners through the intended motion and placement. A seal test is worth keeping, but it doesn't answer whether the panel arrives alone or stays supported. Did they offer any stack trial after your first request?
