I have been helping compare our pickup notes and noticed that the latest FR10 corrections all followed a finger refit. This is a puck-handling station, separate from the tray-locator work I mentioned before. The tray is still sitting against its stops, but one jaw seems to meet the puck first.
I am not the person who refitted it and do not want to turn a photograph into an accusation. What should maintenance inspect before we make yet another point correction? We still have the earlier setup notes and the removed contact pieces.

Start with the refitted assembly under isolation. Check finger identity, seating and contact condition against the intended arrangement. Ask the person who fitted it what changed. A chip, reversed piece or different contact can all be easier to find before more teaching hides the symptom.
7分Maintenance found one contact piece sitting against a burr on its mounting face. They are checking the drawing and the mating parts before correcting it. The fitter pointed it out himself once the assembly was off.
11分Useful find. After the repair, have the responsible person verify the tool setup and review those accumulated point changes before a supervised check. Otherwise a sound mechanical assembly may still be working with corrections made for the crooked one.
