Delivered FR5 fingers have no sample trial behind their equivalence claim

The FR5 arm arrived, but its finger set differs from the one demonstrated with my lightweight inspection pieces. I already know to keep the trial and delivered contact arrangements side by side. Forty-one days waiting for a comparison or replacement-kit demonstration; the supplied set remains uninstalled. What remaining evidence should I insist on?

Ask them to identify the delivered set and show it performing the agreed handling task with the relevant samples, including retention and release. Keep availability of the demonstrated set as a separate option; similarity of contact appearance does not transfer the original trial result.

The delivered set is now identified. Seller sent another clip of the original fingers instead of testing the supplied set. I have linked their two references and asked them to answer that difference, not repeat the successful original trial.

That clip may confirm the original option remains demonstrable, but it still says nothing about the supplied set. Have they answered whether the demonstrated fingers can actually be supplied to complete your purchase?

They say the original set is no longer available and still offer no delivered-set comparison. I have declined the substitution proposal. Purchasing is asking for a different written resolution; the arm's arrival has not closed the tooling issue.

Keep that decision with stores as well as purchasing. An uninstalled set on a shelf should not later become a usable spare merely because its order was marked received.
