I have put a lot into our FR5 pouch-to-tray trial, planned around 42 sealed pouches. Transfers work. Product and bag-shape changes keep adding preparation at the shared bench. I am struggling to judge whether continuing is worth the maintenance burden.
Compare a realistic changing-product week against the current process, including preparation and support; the effort already spent cannot staff the next changeover.
That is the comparison I have avoided. I keep showing the successful transfer. I will count the preparation separately before committing more bench time.
