Leave that item outstanding and record the main equipment separately. What wording on your form is forcing you to close the whole lot together?
2分It has one complete-delivery tick. Purchasing has added an exception for the extra adapter and sent the seller the agreed quantity. No dispatch date yet
16分Then don't let the next person tick it away when another promise arrives. Put the actual received quantity beside the outstanding one; we've had the fitted item counted twice before.
