Which end of my puck transfer should I inspect first?

My FR10 takes aluminium pucks from a fixture to a tray, and repeated pickup tweaks are hiding something. The tray looks stationary but the grip is getting less square. I want a seating check the shift can actually use, though I am not sure whether to begin at the source fixture or the fingers.

Begin by preserving the puck's position in the source fixture and its relation to the fingers before closure, using an approved observation arrangement. Then maintenance can inspect the isolated fixture and tool against their requirements, including contact surfaces and attachment condition. The destination tray looking stationary does not locate the cause of a crooked pickup upstream.
