Our 64-blank unloading proposal omits the gripper and open door. What should establish the complete FR10 exit route?

Ask for the proposed tool assembly holding the blank at its intended grip position, against the actual machine opening and parked door. The integrator needs to assess loaded withdrawal and the intended return, not only the pose at the fixture.

The toolmaker has only supplied a body outline. Fingers, adapter and grip position remain undefined.

Then request that assembly definition before calling the envelope complete. A provisional model may still expose a problem, but the reviewer needs to say which assumptions its conclusion depends on. Is the installed door position known at least?

Not yet. The machine lead has the survey request. Tool and door geometry are both outstanding.

I would leave arm choice open and give those two missing inputs named owners. Bring the setter's access requirements into the same review too, so a suggested base position does not solve the tool route by obstructing the person maintaining the machine.
