14分I found a station message matching the operator's note: waiting tray clamped. The video shows a tray present, but I cannot see the clamp or its confirmation from that angle.
5分Ask the integrator what supplies that confirmation and include the tray identity; present isn't the same thing as clamped, even if the tray looks comfortably at home.
