Our FR5 arrived with a mounting adapter unlike the assembly-shell sample trial. Seller says equivalent, without demonstrating this kit on our samples. Tooling remains uninstalled after sixteen days awaiting clarification.
Ask them to identify the adapter used in the trial and the one supplied, then compare the assembled geometry and handling conditions. The arm arriving is one fact; what that changed connection does to your agreed sample transfer is another.
The trial record identifies its adapter drawing. Delivered part has another reference. I've requested the assembly comparison and kept the installation hold with our workshop lead.
Has anything arrived beyond an assurance yet? I would want the receiver and release included in their sample comparison, not just a demonstration that the changed hand can pick up a shell.
Only the delivered adapter drawing arrived. No comparison with the trial assembly or sample transfer. We have added release and receiving condition to the unanswered request.
Keep the drawing as received information without marking the review complete. It helps identify what is supplied, but the difference and its effect on the agreed task are still unanswered.
