FR10 sleeve tilt hidden by another pickup nudge

Our molded sleeve is leaning in the tool even though the tray seems to locate normally, and the saved FR10 jobs contain several compensating pickup edits; I want to compare the actual tray and contact assembly before we decide which of those edits should survive.

An operator showed us a part already leaning before the fingers closed, after everyone had blamed the grip, so I would start with when the tilt appears and keep the job edits available beside that observation.

We have a clear view of it now: sleeve upright in the pocket, then it tips as the second finger arrives; I have asked maintenance to compare both contact pieces with the assembly drawing.

Do those contact pieces have matching identities, Sara, or was one replaced separately?

They can have matching names and still sit differently if the mounting is wrong, so include how they are fitted rather than stop at the labels.

One was replaced separately, Thomas, and maintenance found a thin backing piece left behind the new contact; it is not in the intended assembly and makes that side arrive early.

Give that finding to the integrator with the saved edits, because a job adjusted around the proud contact will not become right merely because the backing piece has gone.

Maintenance restored the specified contact assembly and the integrator has the edit history; the physical correction is finished but the transfer comparison is not, so no claim that the sleeve job is sorted yet.

When they compare it, include release into the receiving fixture as well as the now-square pickup, since that is where a leftover compensation could still show up.
