Ask the integrator to identify the installed revision and supply its complete export, including the routines called from that main program.

25分Have the maintainer try opening the export with the account and tools they will actually use; a backup that only the departing integrator can open is more souvenir than handover.
16分Include the fixture reference beside the program too, because the screenshot may show a perfectly real job for tooling that is no longer fitted.
