We're planning a UR5e pallet station. Alternating rows put our carton seam over a gap. Day shift approved the picture. I want a loaded-box trial before this becomes my handover problem.
Who signed off the gap under the bottom seam?

Ask what they approved. Box count, or an actual stack of your filled cartons? We had a nice drawing that quietly assumed a different board grade. Put the packaging person and whoever designed the gripper beside the same sample stack.

Box count only. Packaging found the wrong carton revision in the drawing. Trial booked with tooling there too.
