I cannot justify another FR10 pickup offset without checking the tool

I'd like to inspect our puck handling before approving more point changes. The tray looks stationary but the aluminium puck sits less square in the jaws. We've nudged the pickup repeatedly. A simple mechanical explanation would be welcome before somebody prices an arm investigation.

Can you compare the puck seating in the open fixture and in the gripper separately? That would help show where the angle first appears, although the tray position still needs checking against something measured.

The puck sits flat in the tray. Maintenance found wear on one jaw contact during the isolated inspection. We haven't established whether the tray locates consistently after exchange.

Thank you, that answers where you saw the crooked grip. I would have the intended jaw pair restored and reviewed before deciding which of those accumulated point edits belong with it.

Replacement contacts are fitted and the supervised pickup is square again. Tray exchange checks remain on the list. I've retained the offsets and maintenance findings together so this doesn't become an unexplained software cure.
